Ciqala Suites Hotel - San Juan

Came in San Juan to relax and have fun, this trendy boutique hotel was good choice for doing it. The staff members were pleasant and exceptional. The continental breakfast was served in the bar. The location was favourable, at a near distance from District.

My room was actually very very small.

It was enjoyable base for traveling to San Juan, I was glad to stay there. Central location of this trendy boutique hotel was a bonus. Ate at Ariel, it's just a short walk away from the venue.

The hotel was ideal, the room was brand-new and I loved accommodating staff.

The hotel was cute and clean, had delightful views of the ocean. The location was magnificent, near Capilla de Lourdes. Exceptional and quick continental breakfast in the bar. It made our trip to San Juan an perfectly pleasant experience.

I loved this sublime hotel, especially impressive rooms and unbeatable location. A minibar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and climate control in the room and the comfy bed.

The weather was wonderful, had amazing stay for my 1st visit to. Booked a room with great views of the ocean. My food for continental breakfast was great and all the staff were attentive and accommodating. The pool was nice and I had hot drinks in the roof top bar.

Above average breakfast with lots of options, well-maintained and impeccably clean place. Absolutely breathtaking views and well-appointed rooms.

Beautiful hotel with BEAUTIFUL decor. Exceptionally comfortable bed, nice bathroom and a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a personal safe and a microwave oven in the room.

It was a well serviced hotel, no complains at all, would recomand. I had access to paid parking, great pool. The venue was near the heart of the San Juan. The airport was 15 minutes drive from the place.

Hip new hotel & fairly clean, its location is easy in ghetto. Loved the continental breakfast in the bar.

Family-friendly and tidy hotel, honest staff. Breakfast food, especially breads, oatmeal, muffins, yogurt and coffee was yummy. Excellent service and a good pool onsite. The location was awesome, close to capitol of puerto rico.

The views at this typical European hotel were astonishing. Bed was amazing, I enjoyed it. Just superb location, close to Comederia. Food was outstanding and yummy ; the staff were so very friendly. Late check out too. I came here for 6 nights and had a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

I loved this hotel, it's spotless and the best. Continental breakfast served in the restaurant. Exceptionally professional staff who were more than helpful and answered my questions. A very peaceful stay with a lovely swimming pool.

I had a fun stay, thank you so much! Residential location, generous breakfast, so efficient staff. There were Wi-Fi, climate control and TV set in the room, appreciated that. The bed was great, the bathroom was marble-lined. Automated check-in and decent service.

I liked it, staff and food were exceptional. Such wonderful view of pool. The bed was large, a bidet worked well. Found in a residential area. They had an early check-in too. Plus their wifi was free.

Actually everything was just perfect, my next choice again in San Juan. Cold drinks at roof top bar, attentive service. A perfect beach, truly wonderful view. The restaurant was fabulous, and staff funny.

Interior of the room was modern. Welcome base for exploring San Juan.

The street is noisy, but I can't fault them for that.

Overall good food, plus there is eter rooftop & lounge close by. We had a presidential suite and views were spectacular!

15 minutes' walk to condado Miramar district won't disappoint you.

Olive Garden served dishes within 700 feet off the hotel. Honestly no complaints:)))
